去年、４ヶ国で子育てについての調査が行われました。
その調査の結果によると、この33.2％の日本人は子育ての責任がお父さんとお母さんの平等の責任だと思っています。
これは他の３ヶ国よりかなり低い割合です。
93.9％のスエーデン人、64.6％のイギリス人、50.6％のフランス人は子育ての責任はお父さんとお母さんの平等の責任だと思っています。
一方では、55％の日本人が子供を育てる責任は主にお母さんの責任だと信じています。
これは他の三ヶ国よりかなり高い割合です。33.3％のフランス人、 31.4％のイギリス人、 5％のスエーデン人もそう信じています。

聖書によると、子供を育てる主な責任は誰でしょうか？　お母さんでしょうか？　お父さんでしょうか？　聖書にこう書いてあります。
「○○たちよ。主の教育と訓戒によって育てなさい。」
エペソ人への手紙 6:4
○○に入る言葉は、どちらだと思いますか。
「母」ですか？　「父」ですか？　
答えは「父」です。
聖書は、子育ての主な責任は「お父さん」の責任だと教えています。

特に、クリスチャンである父親の霊的な責任は重大な事です。子供に神様の事を教える責任は父親達に与えられているので、仕事でどんなに忙しくても、日々聖書を開いて読んで、自分の子供に神様の事を教えて下さい。また、毎日少なくても一回子供と一緒に祈って下さい。

申命記4:9で、モーセはイスラエル人に勧めました。
「あなたは、ひたすら慎み、用心深くありなさい。あなたが自分の目で見たことを忘れず、一生の間、それらがあなたの心から離れることのないようにしなさい。あなたはそれらを、あなたの子どもや孫たちに知らせなさい。」

SAD STATISTICS　

Last year a survey concerning child-rearing was conducted in four countries. According to the results of that survey, only 33.2% of the people of Japan believe that child-rearing is the equal responsibility of the father and mother. This percentage was quite lower than the percentages in the other three countries. 93.9% of the people in Sweden, 64.6% of the people in England, and 50.6% of the people in France believe that child-rearing is the equal responsibility of both the father and the mother.

On the other hand, 55% of the Japanese believe that child-rearing is mainly the responsibility of the mother. This was quite higher than the percentages in the other countries. 33.3% of the French, 31.4% of the English, and 5% of the Swedes believe this.

According to the Bible, the main responsibility of rearing children is whose responsibility?
Is it the mother? Is it the father? In the Bible it is written,
________, bring your children up in the training and admonition of the Lord.(Ephesians 6:4)
What word goes in the blank? Is it Fathers? Is it Mothers?
The answer is Fathers. The Bible teaches that the main responsibility of rearing children is the father’s responsibility.

Especially the spiritual responsibility of fathers is an important responsibility. The responsibility of teaching the things of God to children is given to fathers, so no matter how busy you may be with your job, please open the Bible everyday and teach your children about God. Also, please pray with them at least once a day.

In Deuteronomy 4:9 Moses exhorted this to the people of Israel:
Only take heed to yourself, and diligently keep yourself, lest you forget the things your eyes have seen, and lest they depart from your heart all the days of your life. And teach them to your children and your grandchildren.
