難しい事と簡単な事

来年の1月にワイエット先生と家族は日本に戻って来ます。
宣教師のビサをもらうために、彼らはまず日本の入国管理局から「Certificate of Eligibility」と言う書類を受けなければなりません。

この書類を受理するのはとても難しい事です。
まずワイエット先生はその「Certificate」の申込書に必要な情報を記入します。
そして彼は申込書を私に送ります。次に私は申込書を小倉北区にある入国管理局に持って行きます。
入国管理局に行く度に、書類が足りないとか、訂正しなければならない箇所がある等、入国管理官に申込書を受理してもらうために私は３回も足を運びました。

宣教師として日本に入国する事は難しい事ですが、神の国に入る事は簡単です。
天国に入りたい人は、まず自分の罪を認めなければなりません。

「パリサイ人と取税人」と言う有名な例え話の中で一人の取税人は神様に祈りました。
「神さま。こんな罪人の私をあわれんでください。」
キリストは「この人が、義と認められて家に帰りました。」と言われました。（ルカの福音書18:13-14)

自分が罪人であると認めてから、天国に入りたい人は十字架の上で私達の罪を御自分に背負って、私達のために死んでくださったキリストを信じなければなりません。

「主イエスを信じなさい。そうすれば、
あなたは救われます。」使徒の働き16:31

宣教師として日本に入国するために、パスポート・出生証明書・写真・申込書・アメリカの宣教事務局からの保証の手紙が必要です。しかし、神様の国に入るため、自分の罪を悔い改める心とキリストを信じる信仰だけで充分です。

　　　 

A DIFFICULT THING 
　　AND A SIMPLE THING 

Wyatt Sensei and his family will return to Japan in January. In order to obtain a visa, they must first of all receive a (Certificate of Eligibility) from the Immigration Office.

Obtaining this Certificate is quite difficult. First, Wyatt Sensei filled in the necessary information on the application. Then he sent the application to me. Next, I took the application to the Immigration Office.

Every time I went to the Immigration Office, because there was a document missing, or because there were changes that needed to be made, I had to go three times.

Entering Japan as a missionary is a difficult thing, but entering the country of God is a simple thing. First, the person who wants to enter heaven must admit his sins. In a famous parable called (The Pharisee and the Publican), the publican prayed to God, God, be merciful to me a sinner.
Christ said that this man went down to his house justified. (Luke 18:13-14)

After admitting that he is a sinner, the person who wants to enter the country of God must believe in Jesus Christ who bore our sins and died for us on the cross.
Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved. (Acts 16:31)

In order to enter Japan as a missionary, you need a passport, birth certificate, photo, application, and a letter of guarantee from the mission office in America. However, to enter the country of God, a heart that repents of sin and faith in Jesus Christ is enough.
